California HealthCare Foundation, California Primary Care Association, Catholic Healthcare West, NCB Capital Impact, and Sutter Health have partnered for a third year to establish a $22 million pool of funds to provide short-term loans to bridge the gap until Medi-Cal payments from the state of California recommence.
