The Beacon Hill Village
Beacon Hill Village is a membership organization in the heart of Boston.  Created by a group of long-time Beacon Hill residents as an alternative to moving from their houses to retirement or assisted living communities, it was founded in 2001. 

Beacon Hill Village enables a growing and diverse group of Boston residents to stay in their neighborhoods as they age, by organizing and delivering programs and services that allow them to lead safe, healthy productive lives in their own homes. 

NCB Capital Impact
NCB Capital Impact is a national nonprofit organization that creates access to capital and expert technical assistance otherwise unavailable for low- and moderate-income communities. NCB Capital Impact combines both financial and development services to spark systemic change for delivering affordable facilities to communities including shared equity housing, health care, long-term supports, assisted living, education and economic development ventures.

Mission and Impact
NCB Capital Impact works everyday for community progress for the underserved. To empower low- to moderate-income communities, NCB Capital Impact creates access to capital and technical assistance increasing:
- Affordable Shared Equity Homeownership
- Community Health Center Facilities
- Education / Charter Schools Facilities
- Community-Based Long-Term Care and Supports

In order to maximize impact, NCB Capital Impact integrates its efforts with Community Development Corporations and Community Based Organizations, government agencies, investors and foundations. Its signature is pulling together private and public resources to fully leverage resources for the communities we serve.
