Affordable Assisted Living Development Manual

To assist organizations interested in providing affordable assisted living, NCB Capital Impact (formerly NCB Development Corporation) assembled technical assistance materials to provide an overview of development and operational issues in affordable assisted living. These materials (from our affordable assisted living training at the AAHSAannual conference in 2002) are intended to provide an introduction to issues you will need to consider, provide a tool for preliminary feasibility analysis, and help guide you as you assemble the required development team.  Note that the case studies provide useful examples of successful projects.
