Policy Development

Each year, NCB Capital Impact identifies issues with national scope that would enable us to support economic development and improve living conditions in the communities we serve.

NCB Capital Impact works to bring pertinent public policy issues facing low-income communities to the attention of researchers, practitioners, policymakers and financial institutions. Additionally, NCB Capital Impact is occasionally asked to prepare oral or written testimony for pertinent legislative committees and key federal agencies.
