Increasing Access to Fresh, Healthy Foods Across the Country.
NCB Capital Impact works with our partners to provide innovative, flexible financing to increase access to fresh, healthy foods in underserved urban and rural communities. As of 2012, we have disbursed more than $100 million to food retailers, producers and distributors to help expand access to healthy foods and create jobs.
With more than 25 years’ experience in lending to projects that promote health, well-being and community development, we’re able to create opportunities for grocery stores and other healthy food retailers through construction and renovation loans, real estate acquisition and term loans, equipment loans and inventory financing. By opening doors for our clients, we’re able to help communities thrive and reach their full potential. Click here to learn more about our lending programs.
